Acceptable Use & IP

Fair use of the site, and who owns the art.

Last updated: June 2026. This policy covers how you may use parrhesia.shop and who owns what you find here. It forms part of our Terms.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and in good faith. You agree not to:

  • attempt to breach security, probe for vulnerabilities, or access accounts or data that aren’t yours;
  • scrape, crawl, or harvest content at scale, or use bots to place orders or game promotions;
  • interfere with the site’s operation or other customers’ use of it (including overloading or disrupting it);
  • upload anything harmful, or use the site to send spam or unlawful, infringing, or abusive content;
  • resell or commercially exploit the site or its content without our written permission.

We may suspend or block access for abuse, and report unlawful activity to the authorities.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, graphics, the Parrhesia name and logo, and the words and layout on this site are owned by Parrhesia and protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a product gives you the physical item for personal use — it does not transfer any rights in the design.

You may not copy, reproduce, screen-print, embroider, resell, or create derivative works from our designs, or use our name or logo to imply endorsement, without written permission. Ambassadors get a limited, revocable license to use approved assets to promote the program, as set out in the Ambassador Agreement.

Reporting infringement

If you believe something here infringes your rights — or you’ve spotted a counterfeit of our work — email contact@parrhesia.shop with the details and we’ll act promptly.
