Orders
All products are made to order. When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy; we confirm by email and begin production. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, mispriced, or the order appears fraudulent.
Pricing & payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Payment is captured at checkout through our secure providers. You’re responsible for any customs or import duties on international orders.
Shipping & returns
Production and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but aren’t guaranteed. Our returns policy — including remakes and refunds for defective or misprinted items — is set out on the Shipping & Returns page and forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, logos, and copy on this site are the property of Parrhesia and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
Ambassador program
Commissions are earned on qualifying orders made through your referral link, subject to a 30-day attribution window, and paid monthly once you reach the minimum payout threshold. We may adjust rates, withhold commissions for fraudulent or self-referred orders, or end the program with reasonable notice.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site — no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, or interfere with other customers. We may suspend access for abuse.
Limitation of liability
The store and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parrhesia isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that can’t be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue. Nothing here limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer laws of your home country.
