Every Parrhesia piece is printed when you place your order. It’s better for quality and kinder to the planet — nothing sits in a landfill warehouse — but it does mean there’s a short production window before your order ships.

International shipping 7–20 business days

Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–12 business days total. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Delays during peak seasons or with carriers are occasionally outside our control.

Tracking your order

Once shipped, your tracking number is emailed to you automatically. If it’s been more than 10 business days and you haven’t received tracking, email support@parrhesia.shop with your order number.


Returns & exchanges

Because each item is custom-made for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size choice. Please use the Size Guide before ordering.

If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right

If your order arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged in transit, we’ll remake it or refund you — your choice. Here’s how:

  1. Email support@parrhesia.shop within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
  3. We’ll approve a remake or refund within 1–2 business days — no need to ship the faulty item back.

Wrong or lost packages

If your order is lost in transit, or the wrong item arrives, we’ll cover it at no cost to you. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address you provided, we’ll reship once the address is corrected (reshipping costs may apply).
