Last updated: June 2026. This Ambassador Agreement governs the Parrhesia ambassador (referral) program. By claiming a referral code or sharing a referral link, you agree to it. It works alongside our Terms and Privacy Policy.
Who can join
Ambassadors buy first — you create an account and own at least one Parrhesia piece before you start sharing. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. We may approve or decline any applicant at our discretion.
Your referral code & attribution
You’ll claim a custom referral code and link. When someone arrives through your link, we store a referral cookie for 30 days and credit the order to you on a last-click basis. Attribution requires the cookie to be present at checkout; we can’t credit orders that arrive without it.
Commission
You earn a percentage of the net product subtotal of qualifying orders made through your link — after any discounts, and excluding shipping, taxes, and fees. Tiers are based on your cumulative referred orders:
- 10% — your first 5 referrals
- 15% — referrals 6–15
- 20% — your 16th referral and beyond
When commission is earned — and reversed
Commission is provisional when an order is placed and becomes payable after the order ships and its return window has passed. We reverse (claw back) commission on orders that are refunded, cancelled, charged back, or found to be fraudulent or self-referred. Buying through your own code, or coordinating to game the tiers, voids the related commission.
Payouts
Earned commission is paid monthly via Stripe once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold (USD 25); balances below the threshold roll over. You’re responsible for keeping accurate payout details. You are an independent participant, not an employee or agent of Parrhesia, and you are solely responsible for any taxes on what you earn. Where required, we may request tax information and issue tax forms.
How you may promote
Share honestly. Don’t spam, don’t make false or exaggerated claims about the products or faith, and don’t present yourself as Parrhesia or speak on our behalf. Disclose that you earn a commission when you share (an “affiliate”/”ambassador” note satisfies most advertising-disclosure rules). No bidding on Parrhesia brand terms in paid search, no coupon-scraping sites, and no unsolicited bulk messaging.
Brand assets
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use Parrhesia names and provided images solely to promote the program. All designs, artwork, and logos remain ours; you may not modify them, sell them, or use them in any way that implies endorsement beyond the program.
Changes & termination
We may update commission rates, thresholds, or these terms with reasonable notice. Either of us may end your participation at any time. On termination we’ll pay out commission already earned and payable, except amounts withheld for fraud, abuse, or breach of this agreement.
